[Attorney's Notes] If he/she fails to comply with the duty of disclosure about facts which insurer asks in writing, it may be entitled to reduce it's liability under the contract in respect of a claim or may terminate the contract. If his/her non-disclosure is fraudulent, the insurer may also have the option of cancelling the contract from it's beginning.
